Four Natural Principles That Sustained our Ancestor's Life

ancestral wisdom family life the heart path Jan 11, 2026

There is a power holding everything in life.

A power that allows trees to grow, birds to fly, stars to move in harmony across the universe. A power that sustains all of creation—quietly, precisely, without effort.

And we are not the exception.

This same power sustains our lives. It makes our heart beat. It allows us to breathe. It moves our blood through our veins. It nourishes every cell of our body.

We’re not choosing these things. They simply happen.

Recognizing this force—this intelligence that is already holding us—changes everything. Because when we forget it, life can start to feel overwhelming. We feel lost. Anxious. Empty. As if we’ve lost our path.

Today, we are sharing four principles—four pillars—that come directly from observing creation itself. These are foundations that help us stay grounded, especially during difficult moments. They are not theories. They are simple ways of living that truly make a difference.

The First Pillar: Prayer

Everything that exists was first a prayer.

Before a tree becomes a tree, it is a seed. And that seed comes informed. It contains all the information of what it will become—the size, the shape, the fruit, the timing.

Nothing is placed by chance.

In the same way, each one of us arrived on this earth as a seed. Informed. Thought of. Directed by a greater intelligence.

Prayer is not something religious. Prayer is an intention from the heart, offered with humility to a power greater than ourselves.

The elders say:
Let your prayer go first. Never go ahead of it.

When prayer goes first, it gives direction to our path. Without it, we move like a ship at sea without a course.

This is the first foundation.

The Second Pillar: One Day at a Time

The second foundation is to live one day at a time.

Just for today, I will think beautifully.
Just for today, I will have a good attitude.
Just for today, I will take care of what is in front of me.

The present moment is where truth lives, and where we have true power.

When worries about the future arise, we return to this foundation:
“I will take charge of today.”

One good present guarantees the next good present.

When we live like this, life becomes lighter. And more enjoyable.

The Third Pillar: Think Beautifully

Thinking beautifully is a choice—and it must be supported by prayer.

If what you’re thinking feels good, it comes from the heart.

If it doesn’t feel good, let it pass.

Thinking beautifully toward ourselves.
Thinking beautifully toward others.
Thinking beautifully even when someone is going through difficulty—not with pity, but with clarity and respect.

This becomes a way of life, not a goal.

The Fourth Pillar: Dissolve the Ego

Now comes the great game of life.

When there is light, there is also shadow.

As we pray, live one day at a time, and think beautifully, we begin to notice thoughts that don’t feel good—fear, frustration, sadness. These thoughts have always been there. We just didn’t see them before.

This is the ego doing its work. It is not bad. It is part of the design.

So the fourth pillar is to dissolve the ego.

When a dense thought arises, we don’t fight it. We don’t judge it.

We simply say:
“Disintegrate this, Great Spirit.”
“Disintegrate this, Creator.”
“Disintegrate this, Jesus Christ.”

Use the language that feels true to you.

And we don’t feed the thought.

In this way, we stay attentive. Present. Clear.

Living the Four Pillars

Every day becomes a prayer.

We enjoy simple things—a warm drink, fresh air, rest when we’re tired.
We offer good words to the people around us.
We return to gratitude.
We dissolve what doesn’t feel aligned.

These four pillars:

  • Prayer
  • One day at a time
  • Thinking beautifully
  • Dissolving the ego

They sustain a good life.

Not a perfect life, but a clear, grounded and meaningful one.

This is how we stay connected to what truly matters.
This is how we walk guided by the power of our heart.

A SEED TO CARRY

When life feels heavy or confusing, return to what sustains you.
Begin with a prayer from the heart.
Take care of today — not tomorrow, not the whole path.
Think in ways that bring peace.
And when fear or frustration appear, notice them… and let them pass.

This is not about doing more.
It’s about returning, again and again, to what truly holds you.
