The journey of embodiment is a beautiful process of shedding.

It involves moving through old patterns and triggers, regulating the nervous system, feeling the discomfort, and choosing to go to the heart — to stay in the heart, again and again, as the grounding force of transformation.

It’s a game, really.

• Where do you place your attention?
• What do you feed?
• What is your truth; The truth that you choose here and now?
• What are you aligning yourself with?

Through the path of healing, we sometimes have moments of revelations — of touching the love of God, removing the veils, and awakening to truth.

As much as we’d like to stay in that space forever, life is dual by design. Night and day, darkness and light, both flow in and out of our lives.

The game consists of freedom: of making a choice, consciously, with the experience learned on your path. Anyone who is attentive will see the toxic patterns that drain and weaken. They will also see the beauty and love that nourish.

When we really pay attention, we recognize both within.

THE ROLE OF ATTENTION & PRAYER

But patterns can be strong. We have mechanisms developed that act like veils, clouding our perception and pulling us away from truth.

This is why prayer and attention become the solid foundation of it all.

Prayer takes us back to the heart, to sincerity, to truth.
Attention — meaning without tension — opens our awareness, serene and detached as observers of what flows through, of what we are feeding.

THE GIFT OF DUALITY

God gives us the whole gift: the depth and the height, the day and the night. Each one highlights the other. Each one is a gift that teaches and helps us grow.

When we stay grounded in the heart and gather our true strength from the essence of our spirit with humility, willpower, sincerity, integrity, by the hand of God... magic happens.

We are free.

Even if we're not at the perfect place we wish we could be, even with mistakes and challenges, even while moving through situations of life.

We are free because we make peace, we trust, we do our part, and give the rest to the immense power of Love that is God.
