Hello! We are Alex and Laura. For over three decades, we have immersed ourselves in the ancestral traditions of the Americas, learning directly from elders and Indigenous communities and guiding ceremonies rooted in prayer, humility, and respect for life. We belong to a living tradition that serves as a custodian of ancient teachings passed down through generations.
Alex has spent years living closely with Indigenous communities throughout the Americas, walking deeply within traditional ceremonial paths and receiving instruction from elders of different lineages. Together, our lives have been devoted to transmitting how these ancient teachings can help human beings live with greater harmony, clarity, wellbeing, and connection in the modern world.
Our work brings together ancestral wisdom, traditional ceremonies, heart-centered practices, and practical guidance for daily life. Through retreats, community gatherings, mentorship, and education, we create spaces where people can reconnect with the power of the heart, their relationship with Spirit, and the deeper purpose of their lives.
