Service Agreement:
This Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by you (the "Client") and Ancestral Wisdom LLC (the "Coach") to provide access to The Nine Doors 2026.

Services.
The Coach will provide the Nine Doors Program (the "Services"), which is a one-year long program, starting in January 2026 and ending in December 2026. 

Online Course Purchase and Access
By purchasing an online course from our website, you will receive access to the course materials as described in the course description. The purchase of an online course is for individual use only and is non-transferable. Sharing or distributing course materials to third parties is strictly prohibited.

Online Course Content and Intellectual Property
All course content, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, written materials, and any additional resources, are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned or licensed by us.

By purchasing an online course, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials solely for your personal educational purposes.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the course materials without our prior written consent.

Participants & Responsibility
The Nine Doors is a process of deep self-reflection and transformation.

While the Coach and facilitators provide guidance, community, and tools for integration, your results depend on your personal commitment and participation. The Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

You are responsible for your own well-being and decisions made throughout the program.

Online Course Payment
The prices for our online courses are clearly stated on our website and are payable at the time of purchase. We accept payment through the designated payment methods specified on our website.

Cancellation and money-back
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee refund period for purchases. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision for you, within 30 days of purchase, contact our support team at [email protected] and let us know you’d like a refund by the 30th day at 11:59 EST.

We will NOT provide refunds more than 30 days following the date of purchase. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 30 days, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

Online Course Completion and Results
We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the completion of our online courses. The completion of an online course does not guarantee any certifications, qualifications, or professional recognition unless explicitly stated in the course description.

Online Course Technical Requirements and Limitations
Access to our online courses requires a compatible device, internet connection, and any additional software or tools specified on our website. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and internet connection meet the technical requirements for accessing the course materials. We are not responsible for any technical difficulties or limitations on your end that may prevent or hinder your access to the course.

Online Course Modifications and Updates
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any online course, including course content, at our sole discretion. In the event of any substantial modifications or updates to a course for which you have already made a purchase, we will make reasonable efforts to provide you with access to the revised materials, if applicable.

Community Conduct
This is a sacred and inclusive space.
All participants agree to uphold mutual respect, kindness, and non-judgment toward others.
Harmful, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior (including online or in person) may result in removal from the program without refund.

Online Course Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your purchase and use of our online courses. Our total liability, if any, arising from or related to your purchase and use of our online courses shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course.

Online Course Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the purchase and use of our online courses and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
